网约车只买交强险可以吗

有时网上叫车，有时来一个私家车，一看就是不合规的车辆，有时感觉都是老百姓不容易，也就乘坐了，后来才知道私家车有的只买一个交强险，最基本的每个座位30万乘客保险都不会买，没有保险公司做后盾，凭个人能力是没办法抵御各种风险，有时也不能图便宜啊！希望大家乘坐合法合规的网约车，出租车！！

营运车只买交强险是可以的。
车险主要分为交强险和商业车险，其中，交强险是强制缴纳的车险，而商业车险则是由车主自愿投保的，因此，如果只购买交强险的话是可以的。需要注意的是，营运车购买的营运车险和私家车购买的一般的车险在保障范围方面都是差不多的，只是价格会昂贵一些。
不过，营运车必须购买了营运车险才能在发生保险事故的时候获得理赔，若只是购买普通的车险，则无法获得赔付。

网约车不能只购买交强险。根据国家法律规定，网约车要办理营运资格证，而办理营运资格证需要购买商业险。
