买新车可以只买交强险吗

又到了一年一度交汽车保险的时候了。因为是新车，买车时仅保险就交了六千多。今年朋友说只买交强险就行，其他险种都是交的智商税。家人想让我买全险，全险包含的险种是挺多的，但金额却是交强险的三倍。到底交哪个啊？真是犹豫不决……
