购买新车只买交强险可以吗

又到了一年一度交汽车保险的时候了。因为是新车，买车时仅保险就交了六千多。今年朋友说只买交强险就行，其他险种都是交的智商税。家人想让我买全险，全险包含的险种是挺多的，但金额却是交强险的三倍。到底交哪个啊？真是犹豫不决……

解答新车只买交强险可以。因为交强险是强制的，其他车险可以根据个人需要购买。法律规定的是新车可以只买交强险，交强险是强制投保的，其他可以根据个人需要进行购买。法律依据《交强险条例》第二条在中华人民共和国境内道路上行驶的机动车的所有人或者管理人，应当依照《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的规定投保机动车交通事故责任强制保险。《机动车交通事故责任强制保险条例》第三十九条机动车所有人、管理人未按照规定投保机动车交通事故责任强制保险的，由公安机关交通管理部门扣留机动车，通知机动车所有人、管理人依照规定投保，处依照规定投保最低责任限额应缴纳的保险费的2倍罚款。
